At 10:58 am on February 4, 2026, two 80 MVA transformers were successfully installed in the 220KV substation of Yingkou Jianfa Shenghai Nonferrous Chemical Co., Ltd., marking a key breakthrough in the construction of the project's power core supporting facilities and laying a solid power guarantee for the overall operation of the project.
During the construction process, the project team strictly implemented the main responsibility for safety production, strengthened the full process safety control and quality supervision, and successfully completed the core links such as the acceptance of the main transformer foundation and precise positioning. All participating personnel have overcome difficulties and worked together to achieve the goal of zero safety accidents, zero quality defects, and zero node delays, successfully achieving the installation node goal of the 220KV substation main transformer.
The successful installation of the main transformer in the 220KV substation has laid the foundation for electrical connection and station construction, provided guarantee for the power supply of the engineering project, and significantly improved the reliability and stability of power supply. It has also provided core support for the subsequent electrical system commissioning, protection setting verification, linkage testing, and the achievement of the production target in the second half of 2026.
