The first batch of core equipment electrolytic cell hoisting ceremony was held grandly under the attention of all parties, marking a milestone progress in project construction, and fully transitioning from the civil construction stage to the critical period of equipment installation.
The company leaders, the project headquarters, representatives of the construction party, the supervision unit, and employee representatives attended the ceremony together. Technical teams such as Tongling Sitong Environmental Science and Technology, China Ruilin Equipment, and Wuhan Tianwang were present to witness it. At the beginning of the ceremony, the project commander delivered a speech, highly affirming the solid civil engineering work in the early stage and the hard work of all participating units, and expressing firm confidence in the project's timely production.

Core Equipment: Technical Analysis of Modern Copper Electrolytic Cells

The copper electrolytic cell is the core equipment for copper wet smelting, mainly used to purify 99.9935% high-purity cathode copper from the anode plate refined by pyrometallurgy, while enriching and recovering precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, etc. Copper electrolytic cells have the following characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: The tank material needs to withstand strong corrosive environments such as high temperature, high acid, and high copper ion concentration;
Insulation and sealing: Ensure high current efficiency, prevent short circuits and electrolyte leakage;
Structural stability: withstand the weight of the electrode plate, electrolyte hydraulic pressure, driving load, and thermal stress, and maintain the tank body from deformation;
Fluid uniformity: Ensure uniform distribution of electrolyte concentration and temperature, and improve the quality and qualification rate of cathode copper.

According to this progress, it is expected that all production can be completed by the end of November, and the entire installation period is expected to be completed by March 31st. This move means that the project construction has taken a substantial and crucial step, and the focus of the project has fully shifted to equipment installation.
